Biography
| I first got into photography when I accidentally took an amazing photo off the dock at my grandmother's house, and it won an amature award at the North Carolina State Fair. I toyed around with basic photography (disposable cameras and the like) for a number of years until I went to Appalachian State University and decided I wanted to learn how to take photos for a living. I took my first photography class at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, NC, two and a half years later and was blown away by what I could do in the darkroom. Since then, I've discovered digital photography. If I could do nothing else for the rest of my life, I would take photographs of the world. God forbid should I ever go blind. |

Education
- Appalachian State University, 3.5 years. Johnston Community College, 1.5 years. I plan on going back to school this coming August to complete my Associates Degree in Photography at Johnston Community College.
